In light of the recent border closures and lockdowns StarTrack have advised there will be inevitable freight delays within the StarTrack and Australia Post Networks, please consider the following when selecting your freight method.
Air Freight Delays
StarTrack advised there are likely delays with Air Freight (Premium and Fixed Price Premium) consignments of approximately 2-4 days in some cases.
Not based in WA or NT
We are advising that if you are not based in WA or NT to opt for Road Express as StarTrack is experiencing significantly less delays with road freight.
My order hasn’t arrived on time
StarTrack will only open a case 3 days after the ETA. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 1300 765 414 and let us know your order is late and we will raise a case with StarTrack on the 3rd day your order is delayed.
The Velflex team will continue to dispatch your order the same day if you order before 2:30pm. We ask everyone to be patient during these difficult times and we will make every effort to get stock to you as soon as possible.
