Velflex is located on the border of NSW and VIC. This means we can ship next day to most areas in the country. We pride ourselves on our ability to offer Velflex products all over Australia and work with our courier StarTrack to make this happen.

How much does standard shipping cost?
Delivery charges vary depending on the size and weight of your order and your chosen delivery address.
For an accurate delivery quote place the items you wish to order in your shopping cart, proceed to the checkout and enter your shipping address. The shipping options will display the total cost for delivery to your selected postcode or suburb.
Your final shipping charges will be displayed in your checkout page before you proceed to payment so that you know exactly how much shipping will be. All prices are in Australian Dollars and freight costs are payable in addition to the product price.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Velflex offers reliable and affordable delivery services to all metro and regional locations within Australia, including Tasmania. At this time we do not deliver internationally.

Same Day Dispatch
We dispatch all processed and paid vinyl orders received before 2pm, same day.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes! If you're local to the area, select 'Pick up from Albury Warehouse' during checkout. Orders will be ready for collection after 3pm.
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
If you would like your order to be left at your address if you are not home, please ensure to request 'Authority To Leave' in the shipping notes. This can be permanently added to your account, just let the team know.
What happens if my order does not arrive in the estimated time frame?
To track your Velflex orders, enter your consignment tracking number below. If your order has not been delivered within the estimated time frame, please get in touch with the Velflex Team.
